About Lisa Cornwell

I’m Lisa R. Cornwell, a fine artist based in Western New York. My work is rooted in nature-inspired illusion paintings with meticulous color matching. Painting and storytelling are my passions, and I pursue them with the same dedication and discipline that I brought to my formal education, graduating from the University at Buffalo, summa cum laude. 

I’m guided by a strong set of values that give meaning and purpose to my life, and I carry those into my art career. I believe in honesty and transparency in how I run my business, thoughtful craftsmanship in every piece, and treating everyone I connect with with kindness and respect. Sustainability is close to my heart, so I choose materials and methods that reflect that.
